Can you negate solemn judgement
Note, Judgement, with an "e" is a perfectly grammatical acceptable spelling, despite the print of Judgment. Just wanted that on record. Since the cost is merely half your life points, you can activate the card anytime. Interesting note too, I e-mailed Konami once a few years ago, and you can have half a life point, or less.

Judgment is best used during the middle or end of a duel, no one likes paying in their first turn or two, but it can be worth saving your Spell and Traps, or that Dark Hole from destroying your monsters.

Miscellaneousaurus will protect your monsters for the entire main phase. You cannot negate a summon generated by a card effect. Warning only negates Summon if it is inherent. If it is not inherent, it can only negate the effect activation. Be careful though, as you will not be able to Summon any monsters the turn you activate this card. Can you solemn judgment Kaiju? Can solemn judgment negate graveyard effects? Can solemn Judgement negate royal decree? What can solemn warning negate? Can solemn warning negate polymerization? Can you solemn warning Dragoon?
